The Human Resources Department of Precision 2000, Inc. has invested in training and continuous education more than 2% of its annual payroll which is above the 1.4% industry standard. Also, in average every employee received 25 hrs of training per year which is within the industry standard from the American Society for Training and Development Benchmarking HRD.
The training is focused in three major areas : business, technical, and safety.
The business training covers subjects like:
• Developing, Managing, and Analyzing Budgets
• Regulations and Laws
• Managing the Human Resources
• English ( For those who English is not their first language )
In the technical area, the following training is offered:
• Storm Water Permit Compliance (ASCE)
• Concrete Flatwork Finisher Certification (ACI)

Safety
Precision 2000, Inc. has a Human Resource Department, which is aware of the importance of safety for its employees and for the company's development. Precision 2000, Inc . follows the guidelines of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and makes continuous efforts to improve the labor conditions of its employees and subcontractors.
Precision 2000, Inc . make sure that all people in the company are conscientious of the importance of safety in construction and engineering projects. The company maintains its employees informed with documentation regarding safety issues in order to maintain the construction safety standards.
All engineers and workers have had training on handling chemicals and concrete in a safe way. They are also trained to know how to respond effectively in any unexpected situation.
In addition, the administration continuously conducts campaigns about the correct operation of chemicals and, in special, handling of concrete, which could lead to serious injuries for operators such as burning and poisoning.
The company's employees are also trained in airport operation, such as vehicle and machinery movement regulations and how to maintain permanent communication with airport operation personnel.

Environmental Protection
Environmental protection is a constant concern at Precision 2000, Inc . The company is conscientious of the great responsibility that it has in the safeguard of the environment in benefit of future generations.
In the projects developed by Precision 2000, Inc., the remainders of concrete and chemicals are removed from the site and disposed fulfilling all regulations and recommendations of the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency).
In addition, Precision 2000, Inc. has developed projects that ensure the protection of the environment such as the project developed at International Hartsfield Airport of Atlanta. This project was developed to handle and control rain water and natural basins in the airport lands.
